The Armorer perk is required for creating new modifications of level 1 and above.
see I'm using darker nights and a few graphical changes to make the night truly dark but I just realized it's very hard to not bump into other people. Mod is developed from scratch so it's expected to be more complex, solid and stable than the predecessor.
